Robco Owner, Rob Kowalczik, poses with Gov. Brian Sandoval at the signing ceremony for AB 405 (the bill that restored rooftop solar to Nevada). Our commitment to Nevada means more than doing business here. It also means actively fighting for policies like this bill that will make our state more livable for everyone and create more jobs for Nevadans. Rob has never been political, but this issue was so vital to Nevada’s future that he threw his own time and the company’s resources into the education effort spearheaded by Bring Back Solar and The Alliance for Solar Choice. He did many media interviews and testified at PUC hearings and at the State Capital to help lawmakers and the public understand how much harm the PUC decision did to our local economy. Since the bill was signed in June of 2017, we have been able to create more jobs in our solar division and rehire some of our former employees.

HONESTY | INTEGRITY | LONGEVITY

Robco was established in 1997 as a C-2 electrical contractor in the state of Nevada by electrician Rob Kowalczik. After two decades of steady growth, we are still a family run company that has built a sterling reputation in Las Vegas for on time, on budget projects. In addition to the many repeat customers and rave reviews we regularly receive, we have never had a single complaint filed with the Nevada State Contractors Board in our company’s history. Call us old-fashioned, but we still believe in bidding projects fairly, being transparent about timelines and budgets, and getting the work done quickly and accurately. We treat everyone we do business with – including our employees  – with respect, courtesy and gratitude.

DIVISIONS

The core of our company is the Commercial Electrical Division. Robco’s work and superior Project Management has made us one of the most trusted electrical contractors in the city. We offer design, project management and execution for projects of any size from tenant improvements to ground up construction to complete overhauls of aging electrical systems. Our list of satisfied clients includes McCarran International Airport, PT’s Pubs, Starbucks, City Parks and Recreation Departments, major medical facilities, the state Department of Corrections, and the Clark County School District.

Our Solar Division has helped thousands of Las Vegas valley residents tap into the power of clean, locally made solar energy on their own rooftops. Because our company is diversified and not solely dependent on solar, even as other solar installers closed up shop in 2016, we continued to install solar systems. In fact, we installed enough solar to earn our third-year-in-a-row placement on the Solar Power World Top 500 contractor list in 2017. Got a solar system installed by a company who is no longer in business? Because we are licensed electricians and not just a solar contractor, we have the experience and technical expertise to repair and expand a solar PV system installed by someone else.

The Low Voltage Division provides our customers with fire alarm systems, camera systems, Closed Circuit TV systems, access control, intrusion alarms, intercom/clock systems, voice/data systems along with interactive projector installations.

Our Service Division provides everything you would expect from troubleshooting electrical and wiring issues to installing additional outlets, security camera wiring, ceiling fans and Main Electrical panel upgrades. We service both homes and business with 24/7 emergency availability.

With Robco Electric, weather it’s big or small, your project is in local, experienced and capable hands.
