Reconnecting Enphase Envoy

Using your Wi-Fi and the Enlighten App with your Enphase Envoy

The video below will help you connect your system to the internet to help you monitor and maintain your system.

Once your Envoy reconnects to your wireless network it will begin to download any stored data to the Enphase cloud. Depending on how long your Envoy has been offline this process may take up to a week or more to complete. Once it has, you will be able to review your system monitoring online.

Please keep in mind that this interruption in data reporting is not an indication that there is anything wrong with your solar system’s generation of energy.
