Highly recommend Robco Electric for Solar installation.  After doing our research and getting a few estimates we chose Robco.  Field rep Steven was very knowledgeable, excellent follow-up and easy to commutate with.

I have a professional knowledge and experience in the economics and performance of industrial solar projects. 
Having a feedback from major insurance companies claims,
the most important factor to consider in a home project is the installation company, not the system, not the panels which come second.
I have done my research on the best rated, experienced and licensed contractors excluding any company doing sub-contracting.
Robco Electric delivered 100% on all my expectations.
They have excellent communications, responses and execution.

Outstanding, exceptional service, I researched for an entire year before settling on Robco Electric for my Solar system. The process was very systematic and was kept up to date for every stage. It went much quicker than I expected, from the installation, to getting through the red tape of all the permits and inspections from the city of Henderson and Nevada Electric. They use quality Q cell panels and individual Enphase inverters which I was looking for. I had proposals from no less than ten Solar companies including Sunrun and Solup. I was interested in solar and for a few years and I would ask customers who they had used. Robco had best word of mouth. We had Rok as our salesperson. He set the expectations from the start and he was right on. There is a process to get installed but I had no surprises. Rok was always available and ready for help . I mostly texted . The installers were great and they cleaned up all of the debris. They also matched my house paint to the box they installed. Rok was the best!! My electric bill is 14.00 a month. I recently had Robco install solar at my house.  Overall very satisfied with their work!  I would recommend one to consider Robco for solar install.  I had received several solar installer bids and by far Robco was the most qualified.  The representative was knowledgeable and acted more as a consultant than a pushy sales person. Robco also does commercial work and it shows in their professionalism and the quality of their work.  From explaining the overall solar process of correctly sizing the solar system,  using quality components, documentation such as detailed installation plans, explaining the IRA federal tax credit,  and taking care of all the city permitting.  I only had to manage my HOA as far as notification.  

Robco bid amount was in the middle and reasonable.   The lowest bidder proposal quality was not as through as Robco's.  I had a much better feeling that Robco would deliver.  After all its a big investment. 

My solar system is up an running and very happy with the results!

I recently had solar panels installed at my home. It was overwhelming to start off and there are so many companies. I got a lot of quotes from pushy salesmen but Robco was so easy. They did everything over the phone and sent a full estimate with all the details. Rok was my salesperson and he was very easy to talk to. I decided to go with Robco because they are a local company and have been around for over 20 years. 
On the day of install the project foreman Ricardo Acevedo came and introduced himself and explained the estimated time and how the project would go. He was very transparent and friendly. The team would start at 730am which was early but this was December so they did not have much daylight time to work with. The whole thing took 3 days and I was super happy with the work. Once the net metering was confirmed, Rok came back to go over the app and collect the final payment. He was very accessible throughout the project and even after the whole thing was done. 
Robco was definitely the better value of the other companies I compared before the project. Price was not the cheapest but I feel very happy with the price I paid knowing that I got good quality from a local company. WOW..... that pretty much sums up my experience. From initial consultation to PTO, the entire team at Robco is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!

Adam B. was my main point of contact and guided me through the process.  My work schedule is a bit unpredictable, but he worked with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns along the way.  He is a true asset to Robco.  Carlos lead the installation team.  I can't say enough good things about the quality of work he and his crew did.  All I can say is that I was beyond pleased. They even took care of a few minor cosmetic things on the exterior of our home that had nothing to do with the task at hand.  Truly amazing.

The worst part about the process was waiting for county inspection and PTO.  Robco has no control over that, but the timeline they provided was pretty much spot on.  Contract signing was early Aug 2023, installation was mid Oct, and inspection was completed in early Nov.  I received PTO from NV Energy last week (late Nov 2023).

The best advice I can give anyone is do your homework and get multiple bids. Know exactly what you want and compare it to what their proposals include. Ask hard questions (that you already know the answer to) to see how they respond. If you sense BS or they are being vague, run away as fast as you can.  However, I guarantee that won't be the case with Robco.  They won't play games just to get the sale. They are straight shooters who install a high quality product with great care for your home at a competitive price.

To sum things up.... If you're in the market for solar, definitely give Robco a call.  Even if it's just in the back of your mind and are simply considering it, it's still worth the call.  They won't pester you with follow up calls or emails.  They are ZERO pressure.  However, when you're ready to proceed, I'd be very surprised if you chose someone else. Sign my contract, with Robco, August 10. Projected completion date was December 10. Actual completion date was November 9. Krystal and her team are amazing. They keep you in the loop every step of the way. The team that came out to do the install, Ricardo, Romero, and Brandon, to name a few, were very polite. They treated my property with respect. Rodolfo, the fellow who did the stucco repair, after installing a new electrical panel, did a fantastic job.
